Please read our shipping and delivery conditions carefully when purchasing our products. This policy applies to every order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Pick up in store

For pickups, in-store pickup is available and possible on the side of the road.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third party service provider may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard 3-5 day shipping on orders over 49€.

Expedited shipping fees

We also offer express shipping at the following rates:

Standard 3-5 days
2kg package: 5,49€
5kg package: 6,99€

If you choose an expedited shipping option, we will contact you with additional shipping information after you place your order.

All times and dates quoted for delivery of the Products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your legal rights. Unless expressly stated otherwise, estimated delivery times refer to the earliest possible delivery and deliveries are made
within 30 days of the day we accept your order. Further information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard Shipping 3-5 day shipping applies to international orders.
Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in connection with some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and there are taxes that we have no influence on. In such cases, you are responsible for complying with and responsible for any laws applicable in the country in which you live additional costs or taxes.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Vangerowstrasse 69115 Heidelberg Germany.Β 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
